Property management - additional services

By signing up to one of our property management options you can also buy into our additional services that are detailed below.

Laundry

Our unique laundry service means that your laundry (towels and sheets) stays with your villa. The laundry provided by you can be any colour or pattern of your choice and can match the decor in your bedrooms. If you would prefer you can also have different laundry for yourselves and your renters. If you don’t currently have any laundry, we can arrange a good quality linen pack for you at very competitive prices. If your guests are staying longer than ten days, we can also arrange a mid-stay laundry change if required.

We can also launder duvets, sofa covers and mattress covers on request.

Cleaning

We believe that you should only pay for work carried out, so we charge an hourly rate rather than an entry/exit clean rate. Sometimes you or your guests will leave your property clean and tidy and therefore our services would be minimal and reflected in the costs to you. The service provided includes: all cleaning, bed making, patio washing, window cleaning and rubbish removal. Depending on your requirements we can provide any range of cleaning from the list from a single item to the complete package.

We also offer a spring cleaning service which includes laundry of your curtains, bed and furniture covers.

Maintenance

Our maintenance team are always on hand if something needs fixing (please note that if you supply them we do not charge you for changing a light bulb!) or if you would like to make improvements to your property. 24-hour Emergency Call Out

We are only a phone call away and can respond to call out requests immediately, if the need arises. We tend to find that most problems can be dealt with on the phone and bear no charge. However, if a visit is needed to your villa, the cost and responsibility will depend on the problem. For example, an electrical or plumbing fault would be charged to the property owner in the normal way whilst a locked out renter would be charged directly.

Villa Access

For a small fee we can install a key safe outside your front door which holds one key to allow access to your villa for your family and guests. This is a Master Lock key safe and comes with a lifetime guarantee, the key safe operates using a four digit code (set by you) and is very useful for late arrivals, delayed flights and if you or your guests get locked out. Most of our owners have one code for themselves and another for their renters, we recommend a change of code(s) every year. We find that the key safe is an essential for property owners who rent.

Meet and Greet

We will always visit your guests the day after their arrival (or first working day) to ensure that everything is as it should be. If you would like a personal meet and greet service for you guests this can be provided at an extra charge.

Shopping

This flexible service ensures that the required food and provisions are waiting for you or you guests upon arrival. Whether it be a full welcome pack or just the basic essentials we can provide whatever you need. We can also supply a BBQ pack on request or a specific list of items provided by you or your guests.

Newsletter

Unique to La Manga 4 U is our free newsletter that is placed in the Owners' Section (please see below) at the beginning of every month. The aim of the newsletter is to keep you informed of the happenings on La Manga Club, any general housekeeping announcements or perhaps something that we are celebrating amongst our staff. The newsletter is also a vehicle for our clients to share their experiences with each other. To view a sample of our newsletter please click here.

Owners' Section

Upon signing-up to our property management services you will be given an access code to the
Owners' Section on our website. On here you will find the monthly newsletter along
with back issues, our management prices and some of our useful documents. There is
also the opportunity to post comments on our forum section and we welcome any
feedback that you might want to share with others.

Inventory Report

For a small charge we can complete a full inventory of your property. We find that this is an annual essential if you are renting your property and includes a full inspection of your property, a full typed inventory and photographs.

Home Insurance

We can recommend a very good company to give you the best price on home insurance, available for a second home in Spain. We can also help you with home security and have a local company who assist us with alarms, security locks and fire extinguisher servicing and supply.

Hygiene Pack

We will always provide toilet rolls, liquid soap, air fresheners, washing-up liquid, kitchen rolls, a new dishcloth and dishwasher tablets as part of our Domestic Services. Anything else that you require can be provided and added onto your monthly invoice.

Additional Items/Services - Rental

We also provide additional services and items that can be of use if you are renting your property (or to yourself if you require, for example, airport transfers or babysitting). A full list of these services and items can be found here.
